Our Mission
We are dedicated to developing commercial buildings and homes that are accessible, cost-effective, and built to last using a Mineral Composite Fiber Reinforced (MCFR) Building System
Founded and operated by military veterans, we bring discipline, integrity, and precision to every project we undertake.
Features that make the Difference
Lightweight and Durable
RENCO products provide exceptional strength, 23 times stronger than cinderblocks, while maintaining a 75% lighter profile.
This combination ensures robustness and ease of transportation and installation, reducing labor and equipment costs.
Fire Resistant
Designed with fire safety in mind, RENCO products have successfully passed stringent 1 and 2-hour fire rating tests.
This ensures that structures built with these materials offer enhanced protection against fire hazards, providing peace of mind and compliance with safety regulations.
Speed and Savings
The ease of handling and installation of RENCO products significantly speeds up construction.
Compared to traditional materials, they allow quicker project completion, reducing labor costs and time to market for new buildings.
Seismic Performance
RENCO products are engineered to withstand seismic activity and are approved for use in Seismic Design Categories.
This makes them a reliable choice for construction in earthquake-prone areas, with ongoing approvals expanding their applicability and reliability.

RENCO products use natural and recycled materials in an eco-friendly process, resulting in solid, low-maintenance structures with reduced carbon emissions.
Using RENCO products can save 20-30% compared to conventional block and cement (CBC). Contact us for a detailed cost analysis and estimate.
RENCO structures are designed to be low-maintenance after construction, providing long-term durability with a shelf life of 150 years.
RENCO is approved under the International Building Code and the International Residential Code for buildings of construction types 5a and 5b, above grade, in seismic design categories A and B.
The product and system have passed the ASTM material and structural performance standards and have also been approved for use in Florida's HVHZ, ensuring compliance with principal building codes.
99% of the jurisdictions in the US follow the IBC and IRC.
The materials used in RENCO products are inherently resistant to mold, mildew, pests, and termites.
This resistance helps maintain the structural integrity of buildings over time, reducing the need for costly repairs and health hazards associated with mold and pest infestations.
RENCO products are made from recycled materials, contributing to environmental sustainability.
Their production process results in a low carbon footprint, aligning with green building practices and helping builders and developers meet eco-friendly standards.
